Size medium fit an adult cocker spaniel with a little room to spare.
Size large fit an adult English springer spaniel with some room to spare.

It's a good product. The XL leash on maximum is almost too small for my dog ( German Shepherd ). It wouldn't be bad if it had 5 or 10cm extra lenght. Although it fits and we're happy.
Great product but my dog will have to grow in to it. Ordered the smallest size possible. He wears a XS/S dog collar in American sizes
Awesome dog collar. It works perfect and shipping was pretty fast. Only thing is I ordered a small for my Jack Russell. It's a little big and I should have order a size down, but that's not a big deal since he also wears a harness. I am ordering a few more for some friends who also loved it.
